At New Sports Wear, every product is made with care and craftsmanship. We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for both ready-made and custom leather goods.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact our team at sales@newsportswears.com with your order number and reason for return. Our staff will guide you through the return process and provide a shipping label if needed.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order leather products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
Please confirm all details such as design, size, color, and material before approving custom orders.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll repair, replace, or refund the item as needed at no cost to you.

Exchanges

You may exchange items of equal or higher value within the 14-day return window.
If you’d like to upgrade or exchange your product for a different style, contact us for assistance.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, production may have started, and cancellation might not be possible for custom items.

Shipping Your Return

Please pack your return securely to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service. New Sports Wear is not responsible for lost or uninsured return shipments.
