Because NewSportsWears produces custom sportswear, uniforms, private label apparel, and wholesale goods based on buyer-approved details, we cannot treat every order like a ready-made retail product. Each request is checked fairly based on order type, customization level, and issue evidence.
Wrong Item Received
If the delivered item is different from the approved order details, contact us with photos and order information.
Manufacturing Defect
If there is a clear production defect, stitching issue, printing problem, or damage caused before delivery, we will review the case.
Custom & Branded Orders
Items with custom logos, names, numbers, labels, embroidery, printing, or private label branding are generally not returnable unless there is a verified issue.
Bulk Order Review
For wholesale and bulk orders, claims are checked with order approval records, product photos, packing details, and production specifications.

Important Conditions.
Return requests must be made with complete order details and clear proof. Products should be unused, unwashed, undamaged by the customer, and kept with original packaging where possible. NewSportsWears may reject claims caused by incorrect size selection, approved design changes, buyer-provided wrong artwork, normal color variation due to screen display, or damage after delivery.
For custom and wholesale orders, production starts after approval. Once cutting, printing, embroidery, labeling, or bulk production begins, cancellations may not be possible. Any approved refund may be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method, depending on the order type and payment arrangement.
Cancellations & Refunds.
Custom sportswear production involves fabric sourcing, design preparation, cutting, printing, embroidery, stitching, finishing, and packing. Cancellations are reviewed based on production stage.
Cancellation Review
If production has not started, cancellation may be possible after deducting any design, sampling, material, transaction, or processing cost already used.
Limited Cancellation
Once printing, embroidery, cutting, stitching, labeling, or bulk production has started, cancellation is usually not available.

Approved refunds, partial adjustments, or credits are processed after case review and confirmation from our support team.

Can I return a custom sportswear order?

What should I send for a return claim?
Please send your order number, product details, issue description, clear photos or videos, packaging photos, and any approved design or order reference.
Who pays return shipping?
If the issue is verified as a NewSportsWears production error, shipping support may be discussed. If the return is not due to our error, return shipping and related costs may be the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I cancel after approving the design?
If production has not started, cancellation may be reviewed. Once production, printing, embroidery, cutting, or material purchasing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Do color differences count as defects?
Small color differences can happen due to screen display, lighting, fabric type, printing method, and material batches. These differences are not always considered defects unless clearly outside the approved specification.
