Most NewSportsWears orders are custom-made, branded, printed, embroidered, or produced in bulk according to buyer requirements. Shipping time starts after production, quality checking, packing, and dispatch — not from the date of inquiry.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, destination fees, or local government charges may apply. These charges are usually the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing before shipment.

At New Sports Wears, we ship custom sportswear, team uniforms, and sports equipment worldwide from our manufacturing facility in Sialkot, Pakistan. This page explains how shipping works for both stock and custom orders.
Where We Ship
We ship globally. Orders are dispatched from Sialkot, Pakistan, and delivered through trusted international couriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. We have regular customers across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, the Middle East, Canada, and South America.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated per order based on destination country, weight, dimensions, and the courier service selected. We do not currently offer free shipping. We provide a clear, itemised shipping quote with every order confirmation so you know the total cost before you commit.
For bulk and team orders, ask us about consolidated freight rates which can substantially reduce per-unit shipping costs.
Production Lead Times
Most of our products are made-to-order. Production timelines vary by product type and order size:
- Stock items and accessories: 2 to 5 business days
- Custom team uniforms (up to 50 pieces): 10 to 15 business days
- Bulk and private label orders: 15 to 30 business days, confirmed at quote stage
- Rush production: Available on request for urgent team deadlines, subject to capacity and a rush fee
Delivery Times After Dispatch
- United States and Canada: 4 to 7 business days via express courier
- United Kingdom and Europe: 3 to 6 business days via express courier
- Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific: 5 to 8 business days via express courier
- Middle East: 3 to 5 business days via express courier
- Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination
Total order time = production lead time + delivery time. Both are confirmed in writing at the time of order.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes full courier tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can monitor your shipment from our facility to your door.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are billed by the courier upon delivery.
If you need a commercial invoice or specific documentation for customs clearance, let us know at the time of order and we will prepare it for you.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to destinations that are subject to international trade sanctions or where reliable courier service is unavailable. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
We package all orders carefully and ship through insured courier services. In the rare event your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed beyond the courier’s estimate, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the courier on a claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
