3. Orders, Quotes & Product Details

Buyer must provide accurate details, including:

• Product type, quantity, sizes, colors, and delivery location.
• Logo files, artwork, reference images, design instructions, and branding details.
• Correct contact information, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
• Any special production requirement before order confirmation.

NewSportsWears is not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or late information provided by the buyer.

4. Custom Design, Logo & Approval

For custom sportswear, private label, printed, embroidered, or branded orders, the buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production.

Approval may include:

• Logo placement, colors, patterns, names, numbers, sponsor logos, and artwork.
• Fabric type, product style, size chart, branding, labels, tags, and packaging.
• Mockups, samples, reference images, or final order specifications.

Once the buyer approves the design or order details and production begins, changes may not be possible or may require additional charges.

5. Payments & Pricing

Pricing may vary depending on product type, quantity, fabric, design complexity, branding method, labels, packaging, shipping method, and destination.

Payment terms may include:

• Advance payment before sampling or production.
• Partial payment before production and remaining balance before dispatch.
• Full payment before order processing for selected products or services.
• Additional charges for changes, urgent orders, artwork correction, sampling, special packing, or revised production requests.

Orders may not be processed, produced, or dispatched until the agreed payment is received and confirmed.

6. Production Time

Production time depends on order quantity, customization level, material availability, design approval, payment confirmation, workload, and product type.

Any timeline provided is an estimate unless clearly confirmed in writing. Delays may occur due to design changes, late approvals, payment delays, material shortages, courier delays, public holidays, customs, or events outside our control.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are handled according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery time starts after production, quality checking, packing, and dispatch.

Buyer is responsible for:

NewSportsWears is not responsible for copyright, trademark, ownership, licensing, or brand disputes related to buyer-provided artwork or design instructions.

We may use product photos, production examples, or completed designs for portfolio, marketing, or website display unless the buyer requests confidentiality before production or publication.

10. Product Images, Colors & Variations

Product images, mockups, samples, and website visuals are for reference. Actual colors, fabric texture, print finish, size feel, and product appearance may vary slightly due to screen display, lighting, material batches, printing method, and production conditions.

Minor differences are not always considered defects unless they clearly differ from the approved specifications.
